Dubai Airport Terminal 1, 2 and 3 Departure Point: After collecting your luggage on the belt and pass the customs points, you will be met by (Odyssey DMC) uniformed airport representative who will be waiting with a paging board with the Lead Passenger's name. All(Odyssey DMC) Representatives will be wearing blue trousers and a white shirt/jacket with an (Odyssey DMC) Logo.

- The brand of vehicle used will vary. A maximum of 7 people per booking.The Vehicle will be allocated based on the number of person.
- Children up to 4 years of age must be provided with a child safety seat. So please select the infant seat if there is a child from 0 – 4 yrs in your booking. No discount for children 5 years and above, children will be charged the same price as adults
- When arriving on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land.
- At the time of booking, please select the appropriate Hotel zone in which you are staying.
- Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights, the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Driver was nice and friendly. However, encountered a little issue in locating where to meet the driver. Better instructions are needed before getting there. All ended well except for just a little bump in the process.

Amazing booked car service. The company contacted me before, right when I landed and met me right where I walked out of baggage claim. He helped me with my luggage to the car and then the driver drove me to my hotel is a super nice clean car with water. I’d highly recommend this especially for a solo travel who has never been to Dubai before and is a bit nervous.
