WORST COMPANY EVER. No response for 2 requests to confirm meeting place. Did not answer telephone call. The most run down unsafe looking mooring greeted by a swarthy guide smoking. Did not proceed due to safety concerns. Booked two adults to find that only available was a twin jet ski yet charged for two solo. AVOID. Recommend Day & Night who were amazing. Still waiting for Viator to handle my complaint and explain due diligence on suppliers.
