Unfortunately we cannot recommend this tour because the company's pick-up service from the hotel was way below par. The transfer part from the hotel to the tour bus took 1.5 hours which also included picking up 2 travelers from another hotel that was out of the way. All 4 of us ended up missing the 2 first stops on the tour because the bus already left and our driver needed to catch up with it. The Tour guide was a cheerful and very friendly guy who did his best to carry the tour forward and keep everyone together. Due to accent issues it was challenging to get everything he was saying in English over the speaker system. As is clearly stated on the tour plan this is only an introductory tour where each stop along the route lasted only 10-20 min on average for photo opportunities or minimal time at the Spice and Gold Souks. If you need more time it may be better to visit those places on your own.
Dear Sir, Thank you for the review, kindly note that it is a sharing basis half day tour only with many places to be covered as per itinerary so less time at each attraction is under stable. Also, considering the price of the tour we think this is a good option if you want to explore Dubai for a less time and spent most of the time in last stop of Dubai Mall. Secondly, we suggest to book full day explorer tour which is much better.
