Traveler pickup is offered. Pickup is available from Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman city, from Dubai Cruise Terminal (Port Rashid) Pickup from Jabel Ali or Bab Al Shams only with a private option. Note that the pickup will be 45 minutes prior to your booked time depending on your location. Ports: Cruise Terminal 2, 77CH+QXG - Port Rashid - Dubai - United Arab Emirates Hotel pickup is offered. View the hotel list on our checkout page to see if yours is included among the pickup points. Those clients who wants to come meeting by their own car we can pickup them from meeting point . Along with a family from Holland, I faced discrimination throughout the tour. The guide Wajid kept ignoring my requests for photos to the point a different guide decided to help take photos for me. Many others got the chance to sandboard a second time but I didn't get to even though I asked 3 times, but because he likes my Muslim friend, he walked over to her a few different times to ask if she had fun and asked to separate times if she wanted to do the sandboarding again. He didn't ask anyone else in the tour group in the same way. And also didn't want to let the little boy from the Dutch family ride a second time. He's just a kid, the guide didn't even want to let the kid have his fun. He also kept asking my Muslim friend to sit at the front beside him in the car just so he could keep talking to her while driving. She felt bad to reject so she had no choice but sit with the driver. He was always rude talking to the Dutch family as well as me. But was nice to the Indian couple who speaks the same language as him, and nice to my friend but not me. This difference in treatment with everyone made us all very uncomfortable. It ended up with a fight between the guide and family, which ended up causing us a 1.5 hour delay to the drop-off time, causing my friend and I to miss our bus that's supposed to take us back to Abu Dhabi. Big thank you to the other guide who helped mediate and stop the fight between the family and our guide. We sense that most of the guides here are nice, so if you'd like to still go ahead with this tour please do so, I just wanted to state whatever I saw and experienced during my tour.

They were amazing and spectacular. The ride on the desert was superb . I will Definitely go back again. Before that we had a ride on what looked like a motobike.

They overcharged us for 16 people groups. After the tour, they didn't admit the agreement we agreed on and wouldn't credit back.

Fantastic tour which exceeded our expectations. Our guide Zia was amazing and very attentive and a brilliant driver over the dunes. Shared the 4x4 with an amazing family and we all had so much fun. Great BBQ and dancing at the camp. Will definitely recommend 👍👍👍

If I could give it a zero I would. We stood out in the blazing heat in Dubai after we paid for the excursion and no one ever showed up nor did they call us. We called them over 100 times and no one ever answered. The reason I gave it even a 1 is because I did get my money refunded back to me.
