Unique , friendly and memorable. We had a great tour guide - Ali who made us feel safe whilst being fun!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted that you enjoyed your experience with our team and us. We hope to welcome you again soon! -Mimi
Disappointed with this experience. Travelled not far out of the City, to a man made camp. No clear instructions were given to us by the driver on arrival. Making our own way into the camp, we were then conned into paying for head scarves, thinking these were part of the experience. Our view of the stage for the dancing was obstructed by a pillar, when asked to be moved, we were told to move our table a few inches!! The only plus side to this experience, the dancing and food were both very good.
Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed our food and performances, which are central to our experience. We apologize that other aspects fell short. Regarding your concerns: We’ve briefed our transport team to ensure all guests receive proper orientation before entering. Traditional Headscarves: We regret any confusion. These are optional souvenirs, and you can purchase at your own will. Your feedback helps us improve. We hope to welcome you back for a smoother, more enjoyable experience.
It was a beautiful experience and Asylem was exceptional driver. He gave me an amazing experience with great customer service

The tour is essentially a dinner with entertainment shows. The place is a beautiful a la fortress which looks magical at night. The food is good and the shows are also ok. The camel ride is a few minutes walk and the same for a horse. So not a real ride as you think. The problem is that the place is very far and if you hope to get there before sunset is very tricky. We got there few minutes before and i fortunately could snap some pictures with the sun glow in the background. But it was a short call. They should pick up people earlier to make sure we'd get there before dark. Also they're trying to sell you stuff but i have to say not aggressively. All in all we enjoyed it but if we missed a sunset i would be upset.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the setting, dinner, and shows, and we appreciate your honest feedback about timing and the short rides. Your comments help us improve, and we’re happy the sunset still worked out for you. Mimi
This is truly a trip not to be missed. Asla our driver is very skilled driver and friendly. The show was good also.

This experience was just fine. It was fun to get out of the city and out to the desert. A driver picked us up at our airbnb and the drive was quick and easy. The setting is awesome. Food was just fine and entertainment was OK. We had fun and the entire event was light hearted.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, we’re glad you enjoyed the desert setting and light‑hearted experience overall. Your feedback is appreciated. Mimi
Had a great time. We rode dune buggies (extra charge), went dune bashing and ended up at the Camp where we enjoyed delicious food and wonderful entertainment. A great day in the desert!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted that you enjoyed your experience with our team and us. We hope to welcome you again soon. Mimi
Avoid this experience. We waited for over an hour to be collected and then had to give up waiting. We called them several times and messaged them when we were waiting. No one bothered to reply. The tour company eventually turned up after 1 hour and 19 minutes. By then we made other plans. At no point did they apologise or re arrange our experience. Stay away from this tour operator.
Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations. An emergency related to a previous tour caused a significant delay; however, our primary mistake was failing to communicate with you during your wait. There is no excuse for not answering your calls, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. A full refund has been issued to you. We hope that, despite this unfortunate experience with us, you were still able to enjoy the remainder of your trip.
We joined the Tour Dubai desert safari in partnership with Hyatt Regency Dubai during our December 2025 trip. Pickup was punctual at 2:30 PM from our hotel, and after a 45-minute drive out of the city, we arrived at an off-road adventure hub buzzing with ATVs and dune buggies. Here’s the insider tip: splurge on the 30-minute buggy ride (around 250 AED per person) and make sure you choose the option that lets you roam beyond the fenced area. It’s pure adrenaline and easily the highlight for our family. Next comes the classic desert safari upsell moment—scarves, souvenirs, snacks. If you’re not interested, just smile and decline politely. And despite what the vendors say, you don’t need a headscarf for sun or sand protection unless you want the look for photos. Then the real thrill begins: dune bashing. Your guide transforms into a rally driver, and it’s a wild ride across the sand dunes. If you’re prone to motion sickness, take Dramamine beforehand—you’ll thank me later. After a few photo stops, we rolled into a beautifully staged desert camp featuring camel rides, falcon photo ops, and live entertainment under the stars. The buffet dinner is where Hyatt Regency’s involvement should shine—but honestly, it fell short. While the setup was impressive, the food tasted like a mass-produced tourist spread. I expected more from a Hyatt-branded experience; think Naf Naf Grill rather than fine dining. The evening wrapped up around 8:15 PM, and we were back at the hotel by 9 PM. Despite the culinary letdown, the overall experience was unforgettable—dune bashing, buggy rides, and desert sunsets make this a must-do in Dubai. It’s easy to see why this ranks as the city’s #1 tour attraction.
Thank you for sharing such a detailed and thoughtful review. It’s great to hear that the adventure, dune bashing, and buggy ride made the experience unforgettable, even if the dinner didn’t fully meet expectations. Your insights are incredibly helpful for future travelers, and we’re glad the overall safari still stood out as a highlight of your trip. Mimi
