Dubai Combo:City Tour and Premium Desert Safari with all Activities

The tour was great. Naser bhaijan, guided us properly. It was full of excitement and fun. Too many activities were there. We are very much satisfied with this tour.

We had to best of the best Tour Guide (Mehul) and Tour Bus Driver (Bahzor) for eight whole days. When I say they took great care of us, I can't even begin to give them all of the praise they deserve. Mehul knows Dubai. He gave us so much information about Dubai and Abu Dhabi. His knowledge is phenomenal and he has a great sense of humor. He was our Silver Fox. Bahzor got us to all of destinations safe and on time and always had a smile. He really knows how to maneuver that big bus. Awesome!

The city tour was very informative and included entrance into the Dubai museum which was great because I would not have gone on my own necessarily. The Dubai Creek crossing was great. I really enjoyed our tour guide for this portion. The next day our tour guide was Nowfar T.K and he was an excellent driver and accommodating tour provider. The tour itself was great from the pick-up at our hotel in the Palm Island to the desert sand dunes. There were plenty of photo ops in the desert and an opportunity to purchase time (only 15m-20m) on the 4x4 if you chose. The falcon show was short and sweet but very entertaining and educational. I do wish the camel ride was longer than just a walk a circle but I guess it made for a decent photo op. The food was tasty and the entertainment was plentiful. Based off of this experience I would definitely book my excursions in Dubai with Orient Tours on my next visit.

<p>Excellent tour. They also accomodated us during Ramadon, as many places had different hours of operation. The Desert Safari is a must. We had the greatest time. So much fun and great memories. The buffet was very good, as was the snack. We were fortunate to have Bobby as our driver. He was very experienced and knowledgable. He even came by our hotel the next day to return my husbands glasses he left in the car. Thank you so much.</p>

Prior to leaving Australia, I have been trying to contact Orient Tours to clarify some issues via international calls and WhatsApp without success. They simply not did not respond to my messages or did not reply to my queries when they did read my messages; or cut my line when I tried to call. Also they changed the pick up time of the Dessert Safari tour without informing us. When I called them in the morning to confirm the pick up time, their staff told me it was at 2.30pm but when they did not show up, I called their office again at 2.45pm and was told that the time was 3.15pm. They also said that that was the time, they have never changed it. However, when the driver showed me their order, the time was clearly marked being changed from 2.30p to 3.15p. I don't mind they had to delay due to various reasons, but they must inform the customers or at least admit that they have made a mistake when they failed to do that. Very disappointing customer services but the tours were good and of good value.

We had a chance to embark on a journey with Mr Mehul, our tour guide. He was well-equipped with his knowledge, not only about Dubai, but also in other emirates like Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. He shared with us his insightful information in "less boring" talks and tries to cater to our age group's interests. Culture, landmarks, popular places, you name it, he knows it all. Mr Mehul was not only just a tour guide to us, but he became like a family to our study tour group. Thank you so much Mr Mehul & Orient Tours for this wonderful experience in Dubai.

Our 4x4 desert safari was very good....enjoyed it & worth every penny. Our Guide Mustafa was very amiable & drove very well so we felt safe & still had some thrills. The experience was very well organised....the visit to where the bedouins keep their camels, the falconry show which was interesting/insightful, the meal provided along with the entertainment made it a well rounded tour. Loved the performance by the fire eater & the men in their skirts spinning & twirling...dazzling. The City Tour did not do it for me or my husband. It took an hour by the time we picked up the rest of the group from their various hotels & the stops at the Burj Khalid, Mosque & Souks did not leave an impression on me....felt more like a wasted few hours. The souk especially was tiresome....the traders were very in your face, trying extremely hard to coax you into their shop, then there was the never ending suggestion to come & check out the fake stuff they have. Could not wait to get outa there but, as we had an hour to kill we had to endure. The variety of spices & the way they are displayed is good.
