Our pick up driver was given the wrong customer number and name . I just happened to be standing outside the hotel talking to the concierge that's how I was able to intercept him. If not he would have missed up and still be looking for the wrong couple. The actual tour was disappointing. The guide had a earpiece microphone that was not loud enough ,and his voice ,despite a horrible echoing was covered by other visitors standing behind our group. The crew at the lounge was very friendly and that's about it. I wasted $440 I wish I hadn't.
