Dubai Big Bus Hop On, Hop Off Tour and Desert Safari

The big bus trips were very good, the dhow cruise was a really nice addition. The desert sunset safari was a bit of a letdown as there was no dancing/show, henna or dune bashing available at the time. Shout out to Keshara Darji for facilitating our trip and making it great!

A great way to get around the city. Buses are comfortable, drivers are friendly and helpful (especially Kareem and Dhijil). Lovely time had on Dhow Cruise and Dubai Frame. Desert Safari was a long way and sadly too late arriving to see the sunset! Only criticism is that there is often a long wait between pick ups. We have used sightseeing buses in other cities and have waited 10-15 mins for the bus where in Dubai we were often waiting around 45 minutes for the bus to arrive. I appreciate the traffic is very heavy which can delay the buses but maybe a couple more buses would help?

Booked 5 day hop on tour with sunset safari as well, used the different ‘ lines’ numerous on different days finding them quite efficient and on time most days except unfortunately a break down of the last bus on the last night causing us to get a cab from furthest area of the route to hotel (or wait for replacement bus)! Of note is the attitude and performance of our driver Zahid on the Sunset Safari who was courteous, kind, helpful and funny when we arrived at the location - a credit to your company!

Big Bus Tour's desert sunset experience was unforgettable! The camel ride was a highlight, and the hours ride allowed us to soak in the stunning views. Hina painting on our hands was a lovely touch. Sipping Arabic coffee ☕️and dates was a great addition. We even got to see a falcon also 🫠 And huge thanks to driver Minhaj for being super helpful. Highly recommend

The drivers were FORCING US to rate them and give them five stars that's why I'm giving this company a one star. One of the drivers requested for my phone so he could show me the website to use when rating the company then he went ahead to do the rating and review. He even included his name in the review giving himself five stars. After getting my phone from him, I immediately deleted the review he had written. Another driver after the night tour refused to open the bus door until we did the review. He dictated to me what I should write including adding his name in the review and instructed me to give a five star rating. Again I deleted this review as soon as I was able to. Big Bus company Dubai, please note that your staff is harassing your customers and demanding five star reviews. Tell your employees to stop this and most importantly that THEY SHOULD NOT TOUCH YOUR CUSTOMERS PHONES. Introduce a rule that punishes any of your staff who forces customers to give reviews or touches the customers phones.

This is our second day on the Big Bus, and so far it has been an awesome experience. Tonight we went to the Desert Safari tour. Our bus driver Raju went above and beyond his duty to ensure we had a wonderful time, capturing the moment by taking photos for us. 5 Star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Experienced desert tour, blue line & red line bus routes all fantastic and great drivers and staff around when required. Experience city of Dubai, the main sightseeing areas around JBR and desert trip.
