Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is one of the most captivating attractions in Dubai. Located at The Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world, offering a memorable journey into ocean life. With capacity to hold 10 million litres of water, Dubai Aquarium is one of the largest indoor aquariums in the world and it illuminates the marvels of the ocean floor, showcasing one of the most diverse collections of aquatic life. Located just above the aquarium, Underwater Zoo brings visitors up close with penguins, piranhas, crabs, water rats, sea horses, jellyfish and plenty more. A fascinating new addition at Underwater Zoo is King Croc, regarded as nature's rare phenomenon and one of the world's largest reptiles - at over 5 meters long and weighing an imposing 750 kg plus. Underwater Zoo regularly hosts innovative exhibits. One such exhibit, 'UAE's Night Creatures' presents the experience of nightfall in the desert as creatures of the dark.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is home to thousands of aquatic animals, comprising over 140 species. Over 400 Sharks and Rays live in our 10 million litre tank, including Sand Tiger Sharks, Giant Groupers, and a host of other marine species. A series of carefully designed experiences will allow our visitors to come face to face with our aquatic residents for memorable moments with friends and family. HOTEL TRANSFER ( PICK UP) IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THE OPTION SELECTED • If TICKET only option selected - please make own arrangement to Dubai Aquarium at Dubai Mall , located inside the Dubai Mall, close to the Burj Khalifa. • Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks or look for signage indicating the direction to the Dubai Aquarium. • Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. • If Ticket + Transfer option selected - The time you have selected will be Dubai Aquarium visit time and hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to the selected visit time. • The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area and Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. Additional charges applicable to arrange pick up from any other locations.

- You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “Dubai Aquarium” ticket counter.
- You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
- Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Dubai Aquarium entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
- The booking confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
- Guest will have the access only to the option selected , Guests must be come 30 minutes before the scheduled/reservation time.
- 2 years old and below is NOT ALLOWED to any of this tour. Please note children from 2 years old is chargeable and needs to have ticket.
- Not applicable for children under 2 years of age. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (16+years old)
- You can enter only at the time slot you choose, once inside, you can stay for as long as you like
- If you selected the COMBO product , Please make sure you have read the instructions provided for that specific option

My otter experience was wonderful. I got to pet the otters tiny hands through glass. This option is great for grownups as well as kids

You do really get the best memories and photos and things to look back on, it’s worth it; the kids bit in the waterpark is very credible my little one loved it

What an amazing & incredible experience being up close with the penguins. Our Guide Heleen had the most unbelievable control over her “Babies” and they were well behaved throughout our visit. Was a pleasure to meet NAZ (the penguin) at the “MEET & GREET Area were we were able to have a few pictures taken. We were able to stroke them, watch them play ball and observe them as they were guided by Heleen to their amazing pool/tank to which she had them perform more entertainment.. Their environment was pretty much as what you would expect in the Arctic so, we were provided with coats to wear to keep us warm. Heleen then took us on a guided tour throughout the Aquarium to see the amazing collections of different species of fish and she was very knowledgeable on their history and backgrounds. I would highly recommend when you visit Dubai, make this a definite “To Do” on your itinerary.

A must do when you're in Dubai especially with children. The aquarium is impressive - the best I've been.

Nothing remarkable about the aquarium. Perhaps enjoyable by kids and those who have never been to an aquarium.

The aquarium itself is good,staff were very friendly and helpful. The transfer of viator confirmation to ticket voucher was not easy and took WhatsApp to get corrected. The most amazing experience was shaking hands with the otters…which is an extra package…chance of a lifetime!

For penguin lovers it is a unique opportunity to get close and personal with these adorable creatures. The trainers were informative and the photographers took excellent pictures. The picture package is pricey but leaves you with a great souvenir. Bring your own hat and gloves. It is cold in there.

The standard ticket itself is fine it’s a cool little zoo and aquarium inside the mall. However the Penguin Encounter is the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced in my life. You’re forced to lock your cell phone and camera away to go into an experience you already paid for. The experience is overall nice, the penguins are cute and you take a ton a pictures with them. It’s all fun 10/10 experience till they tell you if you want to pictures it will be 60$ a photo or a usb with all the pictures for about $400. Which to any sane mind is ridiculous.
The allow WAY too many people in at once. We went on a Tuesday early evening and it was PACKED. We didn’t even get to see the Penguins as it was so busy we had to leave. Would not recommend.

Pingouins are amazing ! The aquarium is useless as we see enough from the mall but the zoo is nice, notably the crocodiles. This is not a “ticket” so you still have to make the queue but there were not a lot of people.
