It was a wonderful experience. When I first booked through click point tourism, i got the confirmation for Underwater Zoo @ Dubai Mall but our entry was refused. Few minutes before the last entry at Dubai Underwear Zoo, i contacted the customer service of Click Point & within minutes I got my proper tickets for us to access the Aquarium & Underwater Zoo. I was been told by the customer service representative that the ticket confirmation email was sent but I was unable to access it. However, I appreciate the customer service of Click Point Tourism & my experience was great.
Great aquarium. We had a fab time, really enjoyed the beautiful views. Plenty to see too and would definitely recommend

Place is definitely worth to see. Its giant three floors of water and variety of animals too see. Only issues is cost of the pictures are just as much as the entry cost. Especially if you want to be up-close with penguins they require you to keep cell phones outside and charge some amount for one picture with penguins.

It was very interesting and educational. I’ve learnt a lot of fun facts. What I would have liked more is seeing and observing sharks better. Maybe in a fish tank where they could swim a bit further away from other fish. Overall it was great and I’ve also noticed how helpful and well informed were the staff.
