In pinhão you’ll do a boat trip during one hour
Quinta da Roeda it’s owned by Croft which is the oldest Port brand 1588 There you’ll have a tour and a premium tasting
At this view point we’ll take a few pictures with amazing views, and also tasting 2 more ports. It’s a special moment there.
At this wine village we’ll have lunch in a manor house from 1735, a magical place.
After lunch you’ll do a small visit to the cellar and you’ll taste more old ports.

Antonio provided a tour that included all of the aspects of the Douro Valley that we craved. He was a gracious host, a careful driver, and a knowledgeable resource... not to mention, friendly, informative, and attentive. If you are considering spending a day in the Douro Valley, definitely book this tour.

10/10 - No Notes!! António is simply the best! The entire day felt like an elevated hang out with a friend that knows all the best spots and people! He goes above and beyond to show you the Douro Valley in a way that is authentic, personal, and entirely at your pace. His knowledge of the region and history is excellent and he presents it all in a very approachable way. The MANY(!) ports, wines, and bites we tasted were amazing and only matched by the views and scenery he shows you along the way. Being in Régua/Douro for only a couple of days, his tour made it feel like we accomplished a week’s worth of activity in one day without feeling even remotely overwhelmed. Can’t recommend António and his tour enough if you’re visiting the area!

Tony was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about the wines of the region, and being from the area himself, he brought a personal touch that made the experience even more special. The wines we tasted were amazing, and Tony made learning about the different techniques and history behind them both engaging and easy to understand. It was a great way to get to know the Douro Valley. Unfortunately, the river was not navigable and we could not take the boat ride, but it was incredible! We'll be back!
