The guide did not show up and didn’t answer our calls. We haven’t heard from them yet. Didn’t get my money back either.

I did the 6am tour hoping to see the sunrise. I showed up to the designated meeting point, but no one was there to meet me. I still haven’t heard from the operator all though I got my refund. So I would not recommend as they seem to cancel without notifying customers

I’m not sure how our booking lady might have missed booking you in manually as we have to book all our third-party apps in manually. Great experience with great views. You see the vibrant city of Cape Town from a different perspective. We encountered dolphins, seals and penguins. Very friendly staff.

The tour was cancelled due to water conditions … I understand however received no communications to that effect . Other vendors cancelled on Friday for the Sunday

Booked this, was excited to see the dolphins, it got cancelled the day before and the company rescheduled, and then cancelled and this keep on going, have asked for refund no response

It was so fun going out with our tour guide and meeting new people. The views of the dolphins was amazing.
