Your Ourika valley trip starts at 09am from your accommodation in Marrakech. After a short drive from Marrakech to the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. We will take the road along the valley of Ourika, then go through a succession of clinging mountain villages. stop to see wonderful landscapes full of vibrant colors as we move through the hillsides. Our first stop will be in a traditional house of Berber family who lives in the valley. The family often opens their door to the kitchen, where they share their bread, honey, butter and olive oil. Setti Fatma, a favorite weekend destination for many Moroccans. Highly appreciated for its beautiful streams and 7 waterfalls, beautiful cliffs, green valleys. You will explore a region which still practice a medieval agricultural tradition. Walk around the valley to take photos of the views of green terraces, surrounding the Atlas mountains, with a local guide to the first waterfall. After the hike we go back for lunch in a nice restaurant with a view of the mountains, lunch will be composed of a variety of Moroccan dishes (Vegetarians are welcome). Then we return to Marrakech around 05pm

We went on a one-day trip to the Ourika Valley with Adil, and it was a wonderful day. We experienced so much, and Adil shared a lot of information with us, answering all of our questions. Adil made our Morocco trip something very special. He showed us wonderful places and told us so many interesting things about Morocco, the people and the culture. Adil took my wife and I onto a single day tour up to the Berber villages in the mountains. He changed and specific to us as my wife is pregnant and we wanted to avoid very high altitudes. He was very knowledgeable about the history, politics, sport and culture of the whole area and Morocco as a whole. English was excellent and even took time out of his day off to take us to the airport on our final day.

6 friends took a trip with Adil to the Ourika Valley stopping in the surrounding areas and even invited in for tea in a traditional Berber village. Adil was one of the best tour guides we met on the trip. He made our time in Marrakech the best part of our trip. He was very punctual and his car was very clean. His English was also good and he took the time to show us around the city and give us an authentic view of Marrakech (versus taking us to tourist traps like other companies do). He was super knowledgable, attentive, and genuinely made sure we had a fantastic time. His coworkers with the camels were fun and we had a blast riding camels in the sunset with authentic Berber clothing. Especially Ibrahmin who took a beautiful video and pictures for us to remember these memories. Adil has made us want to return to the beautiful country of Morocco and we look forward to one day seeing the Sahara with him. I cannot stress how much I recommend booking a tour with him. You will not regret it!
