BART started off on a great note. He contacted me and reconfirmed our meeting time, and place. He was doing a really great job with the tour and contoured it in real time for me. I kept telling him that the places felt familiar. Later when I got back to my ship I realized I was in Rotterdam about 9 years ago. The beauty of it was that Bart educated me on things I was unaware of before. The final amazing best part was when he recommended an amazing Surinamese restaurant to me at the end of our tour.
