Unclean kayak seats.

I joined the kayaking trip to the Pearl Farm with my husband, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of our cruise. The kayak we were given was dirty and covered in fiberglass shards. As soon as I sat down, the fiberglass stuck to my skin, causing painful irritation all over my legs and back. Fiberglass is not only uncomfortable but also dangerous if inhaled, and it was visibly glistening on my skin. When I reported this to the Cruise Director, instead of taking responsibility or offering help, he insisted it a jellyfish sting. That explanation made no sense — we never even entered the water, and jellyfish stings don’t happen on dry surfaces. It felt like he was dismissing my concerns just to avoid accountability. He just gave me a spray that didn’t help on my affected skin. This was not only negligent but also disrespectful. A guest’s safety should be the top priority, and the lack of care shown was shocking. If you value your health and expect professional handling of incidents, I strongly recommend avoiding this excursion. Luckily, I used ChatGPT to find solution or cure or how to get rid of the fiberglass on my skin. It said to remove it using a scotch tape to keep on removing like tapping the adhesive on the affected surface on the picture. My husband asked one of the crew member for a scotch tape and that scotch tape helped a lot removing those fiberglasses on my skin. It’s supposed to be a video showing me panning the video the camera to my skin and the fiberglass is supposed to be glistening just to show you that it is not a jellyfish thing. It is a powdered fiberglass. the reason why I know fiberglass is because my husband is a contractor and he knows what fiberglass is any confirmed that it is fiberglass not jellyfish and I am a diver for so may years now too I got stung by jellyfish so many times so I know what jellyfish sting is.
