FOR GUESTS BOOK ONLY CRUISE FROM HALONG , NO TRANSFER INCLUDED : Please come to Block 25 in Tuan Chau Marina for boarding cruise at 11h15 AM (No later than). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you come after cruise leave the port, you will pay by yourself for speed boat to the cruise. 11:30: Boarding the Cruise The bus will arrive at Tuan Chau marina and reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be waiting for your arrival with a big smile. A complimentary welcome drink will be served, and a quick briefing as we set off into the bay. 12:00– 13:00 Lunch On Board
14:00 - 15:00 Kayaking or Sitting on Bamboo Boat to Visit the Bright - Dark Cave. 15:15 - 15:45 Frog Pond, Swimming-Lan Ha Bay Enjoy in the trampoline, water slide . 16:00 Cooking Demonstration Learn the history of a traditional Vietnamese dish that is the most famous. 16:30 Sunset Ceremony - Tea, Cakes Complimentary Vietnamese teas, fresh fruit, and little cakes 17:15 – 17:30 Disembark at the harbour. I would give this tour 5 stars if it wasn’t for the limousine journey to and from Hanoi. The driver was very erratic and the whole journey was bouncy and uncomfortable. For someone who gets travel sick I would not recommend getting the limousine. It’s disappointing as the description states that it is a luxury limousine with great comfort which is far from the truth. The cruise itself was fantastic and would highly recommend to anyone. The buffet was great and the water activities were too. The staff were excellent and the main tour guide advised that he would speak to the driver to drive more carefully on the way back and did not charge us for our drinks. However, the journey home was actually worse than the way there. I assume the tour guide did not get the chance to speak to him as we left in such a rush which is not his fault.

He just went for other pick up then got back to the hotel again. That's why you took back seats, it can be less comfortable. I - your operator contacted you on WhatsApp, had checked with you a couple times if you were staying at the hotel or just came to the hotel for the pick up but you did not reply any time. Perfect way to do Ha Long Bay. I’ve previously done an overnight cruise, but this gave us the highlights and I would definitely recommend. We saw no other tour groups the whole day and the staff made sure everything ran smooth

Great well organized boat tour, epic views, recommended, just got unlucky with old taxi car (everyone else had a new and modern one).

Massage chairs on van to boat, perfectly executed experience on a luxurious boat from activity to food to drinks. Plentiful staff willing to help you with anything. Early departure helps avoid all the crowd. It’s like traveling business class for a boat trip! Book this one.

We had a great experience on this one day cruise in Ha Long Bay. The boat was clean and nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the itinerary was well designed. Otis was particularly attentive and made sure that our food was vegetarian when we requested it. I highly recommend Jade Sails!

Total experience was outstanding: beautiful ship, great food and entertainment, row boat and kayak into caves, spectacular scenery, engaging staff. Great value and much more than I expected. The limousine is worth the money for 2 hr transit. The cultured pearl farm was super interesting/informative.
