Make sure you don't take this tour on a bank (civic) holiday. We we're unaware that it was a holiday when we booked this tour and it was the only day available. Unfortunately, it ruined the tour because of the crowds. The driver was an hour late which meant waiting on a dirty dusty roadside while we didn't know what the problem was. There were a number of complications in setting up this tour also because there was a glitch in the system on the billing and they cancelled one of my reservations. After a number of phone calls and miscommunications, it was straightened out. The tour guide was nice, but unfortunately, we were not able to understand her due to her accent. A microphone may have helped even though the bus was for 15 passengers. We were uncomfortably crowded in the back of the bus. The ride to the Cottswalds was two hours, however we were asked if we needed a washroom break and we took it. We were really looking forward to seeing this area and were hugely disappointed.
