Pickup Locations & Times
1. Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel during the pick up time. the time when you get to the lobby for pick up just inform to the concierge or reception person at hotel lobby that you are waiting for pick up. as our driver will approach to the concierge or reception desk at first attempt to locate you in lobby. 2. In case if you are at port kindly wait in the waiting hall of the port reception during the pick up time. 3. Pick up time commence 30 minutes prior to the activity starts.

Not getting a seat outside, although there was room later. Food from the buffet was a total failure. Nothing for kids and I didn't like it either. Because of the reflection, no view to the outside possible. For the water games we could at least go to the terrace. Absolutely overpriced!!!

Sie können die Brunnen auf der Terrasse jedoch jederzeit besuchen. Ich vermute, Ihre Unzufriedenheit liegt daran, dass Sie immer wieder nach höheren Etagen des Turms gefragt haben. Dies war in den Aktivitätsdetails nicht enthalten. Ich hoffe, Sie können beim nächsten Mal genau das buchen, was Sie suchen. Thank you
It is great experience but for vegan like me it becomes limiting. I wish they start curating their menu for vegan and vegetarian people. I was wondering what should I order whereas people with me didn't have any problem. Also, it is good for one time visit or may be once in a while but probably not worth frequently.

The restaurant do have vegan food options that can be prepared only on request basis. i do not find any request from your end in booking you mentioned about any food preference. A fantastic experience. Superb buffet food, attentive and non-invasive staff., incomparable fountain show. One observation: the cheeses were all French, not even one Italian.

None sofar i lost 357+ 120 € thanks to the crook at Daytour. Will complain at DCT for this. In my 30 years of UAE never had such incredible experience
Normally I'm not one for the buffets but this one was really perfect! Everything beautifully presented in a beautiful setting. From sushi to roast beef and various kinds of fish (including oysters etc.) The desserts with all kinds of variations, too many to mention.

The view is def everything, I went back with my boyfriend and the price is reasonable, mostly Indian foods but they have international menu as well.
