Desert Safari Dubai with Dune Bashing, Sandboarding, Camel Ride, 5 Shows, Dinner

Sucha bad n pathetic experience they were charging extra for each thing so called VIP stuff although nothing was vip n dune bashing was on small desert mountains no fun at all

Everything is based on a constant demand for extra money, people coming in every minute trying to sell something. 800 aed for a half-hour ride on quad bikes. A madness!!! On the way the car broke down and we searched for more than half an hour under the sun for another replacement car to take us for the experience. When we arrived at the camp we were left in the middle of the desert, at each information we were directed to a different person who could never respond to our requests. We booked the experience especially to be able to sandboad, also self-service, with unscrewed (and therefore dangerous) boards that did not work or even slipped by themselves. We asked if anyone could accompany us and show us how it was done, but we were told no. It was a wasted day and a waste of money. Back, the Reservation site asked us for a review which, of course, was negative. We were contacted immediately by the tour driver who tried to bribe us by proposing the return of half of the fee paid to carry out the experience in exchange for removing the review. Of course, to be honest with people who want to do the tour in the future, we answered no and left the review online. If we had read some real reviews we would have chosen another agency. Easy to have 5 stars bribing those who put negative reviews!! It would be better for everyone a higher quality of service!!

We waited more than 2 hours at pick up location on planned time 2:30pm and no one called us or picked us up until we looked up their phone number they came at around 4:30pm... So unorganized...

Literally an organized rip-off: there was no sandboarding, and you had to pay for everything if you didn't want to wait 3 hours in a 35-degree temperature queue for the 2,000 people to help themselves (bearing in mind that we were made to arrive at 3pm and dinner wasn't until 7pm). Endless queues, too, for the poor camel, which has to take 30-second turns at a time. The whole organization is shaky, and they suggest you add 100 AED / person to avoid all the inconvenience of this package (supposed to be complete: unlimited drinks and barbecue) doesn't actually offer anything at all. We had to fight with our driver (whose English was more than a little shaky) to get out of the place, and everything was hellish. To be avoided absolutely.

If you really need save some money, please don't go there. The labor camp, despite having a good name, has a rating of 0. There's nothing special about it. People were fighting for food, and there was too much rush. There's no tour guide, and despite claims that people booked their seats, it's just a general seating area. I am advising you; the service is very bad, especially for Pakistani workers in the camp. There's no proper management. I just paid for a group safari. The snacks are excessively salty and not suitable for consumption by either kids or adults. There is no tasty food available. If you need food, you'll have to stand in the long line and fight for it. Only those with the courage to endure the process will be able to eat; otherwise, you will be notified that no food is available . Finally if you see more star its fake review or they used VIP service . I paid 60/Person for small group .

This tour was absolutely horrible. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. We didn't get to do none of the activities that was listed. The driver didn't know what location to go to. So he dropped is off at the wrong location and sat there for over a hour. Wasn't able to get food, do dunebuggies, nor sandbord. Please avoid this tour company. I am requesting a refund.

I don't recommend it at all, it was terrible, they didn't pick us up on time (the pick-up time was 14:30 and they picked us up at 16:00) on the itinerary it says 20-30 minutes in the dunes and it was only 4 minutes! I know why I recorded a video throughout the collection. Since we were picked up late, we couldn't arrive in time for the sunset either. I don't recommend this tour at all, I asked that I wanted to leave the place and they couldn't do that either, I had to wait because they couldn't send the driver to take us until the show was over.

It was an amazing experience. The person who picked us up named Amir Raja was really nice. He guided us throughout the trip especially at the evening concert place. We got wonderful seats and the food came to our table. Would book it again anytime

Raja was the absolute best guide we could of had! The overall experience was amazing and I would highly recommend booking and having Raja as your guide!
