Desert Safari & Bbq Dinner

We never have a contact with the operator, we tryed by phone number, by email, by facebook and never get an answer, they never pick up us to take the tour, we lost our money, we doent recomended

They never turned up, no contact at all, we booked and receive confirmation etc all fine had our tickets - then we waited an hour and a half and no one. I called several times and no one answered so I contacted Viator who I booked through, they couldn’t contact them either so we received a refund. Very Disappointing though.

Please don’t use this company planet Safari booked through Viator. They had amazing rental October and then 2 bad ones. Unfortunately, we did not look at the current reviews otherwise we would not have booked. The tour operator never showed up at the hotel and never responded to text or messages so we essentially lost out on six hours of an opportunity in the desert outside of Dubai.

worst company ever. We booked the safari tour through Tripadvisor. The whole family was looking forward to this trip and was excited. The company withdrew the money and simply didn't show up. no driver, no call. no message. We tried to reach the tour operator by phone 50 times - in vain. Our money was gone and the family was sad. It's better to keep your distance from this safari tour operator

I rarely write negative reviews, but on this occasion, I feel compelled to share our disappointing experience. We had booked a Dubai safari dinner for three people with a scheduled pick-up at 3:30 pm. Being aware that the car could arrive 30-60 minutes prior to the scheduled time, we remained vigilant. Despite attempting to contact the company approximately 20 times through calls and emails, our efforts were met with silence. Without receiving any communication, we decided to wait outside the building from 3 pm onwards. Unfortunately, the car never showed up, and we found ourselves waiting until 4:30 pm with no information whatsoever. Frustratingly, even after spending an hour on the line with Viator, they were unable to reach the local provider responsible for this experience. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially considering that the Dubai safari dinner is considered one of the most important tourist activities. Regrettably, it resulted in the waste of our entire afternoon...

We were very excited. The full event was perfect. The good driver, Mr. Farman was very helpful and entertaining. We loved him very much. Thank you! We will visit the place again for sure.

Booked on trip advisor as price was way better than that offered in my hotel. Be very careful as hotels trip might sound better but all the 4x4 head to the same area. There are hundreds of them. Abdullah What’s app updates when arranging to pick you up. Really friendly chap, a bit racey behind the wheel. Probably will have max 6 in the car so might have to stop at other hotels. Then the drive to the quad bike/dune buggies. I think it was an hour of driving to get there and after the chance to use the bikes and buggies you can ride horses, get some souvenirs and then they take you over the dunes. Strap in and hold on as this is a bumpy ride. Lots of whoops and woah’s and great fun. After a quick stop to clean the car and re-inflate tires it’s the final drive to the entertainment and BBQ. The entertainment was belly dancing and fire spinning acts. Quite impressive. The BBQ was chicken and lamb, lots of extras in the side with soft drinks and alcohol available. Following the final curtain call it’s was time for the hour plus drive home. If in Dubai for a week or more it is a good break from retail stuff or lying in the sun. Just watch the cost as we paid just over £50 a head and that feels about right. Oh and if you enjoyed the day please tip the driver as it all helps.

This was the worst tour I have ever taken. It began with the transportation. My friend and I were seated in the "third" row of a Toyota 4 Runner with absolutely no leg room. We literally had to sit sideways to even fit in the seat. My legs were literally pinned in and in pain. My friend is tall and she was unable to stretch her legs at all. My feet "fell asleep" during the ride. This drive took at least an hour plus one way. So, we were stuck in this position for hours. We were pinned in. Once, it was time to get out of the vehicle, we had to basically crawl out out the back seats. I complained to the driver/tour guide that it was unacceptable and he was being greedy by overbooking the tour and that he should not have booked anyone to ride in the "third" row seats. His response was he could've picked us up "first". Then, he stated that my friend and I could ask the "elderly" lady and her grandchild to switch with us. Mind you, the lady could barely get in and out of the seat she was already in. She looked to be 70+ years old. So he had no solution. The misery of the transportation overshadowed the entire experience. I could not enjoy the tour at all.

Great experience for the whole family. Our 8-year-old son loved the ride through the desert and our 2-year-old daughter loved camel riding and the horses. Thank you so much for the lovely evening.

First start with an advise for the trip: Skip the ‘waiting at the quads’. We had to wait there for one hour in the sun. We didn’t want to ride the quad. We knew that before. So please start an hour later. Waiting for nothing is frustrating. After that we did the dune bashing. That was nice! After that we drove to the dessertvillage where everything was nice. Good food, drinks and nice shows. Also enough time to take some sunsetpics and time for sandboarding. Our guide was a little boring and took some time to chat with a friend while we were waiting in the car. So that and the waiting for an hour at the quadplace is making it 4 instead of 5 hours.
