Desert Agafay & Atlas Mountains Day Trip from Marrakech (Min.2 p)

Rachid Talaoul was our guide, and he was terrific. We travel extensively, and we have had our fair share of guides, but none as superb as him. His knowledge and English were exemplary, but most of all, his concern for education moved us to donate to Global Giving in support of marginalized girls' education in Morocco. Thank you, Rachid, for our education.

We thank our driver and guide Adil, for a wonderful day. The excursion perfectly matched our expectations. Adil was very nice and attentive. We could see the desert as well as the mountains with a very good lunch in the village.

Excellent experience, I booked this excursion on booking.com 1 night before not really knowing what to expect. The bus picked us up in city center at a fuel station where about 6 other people were waiting to come onto the bus as well, it was a really amazing experience, good food, organized, well worth the money spent.

Fantastic. I was looking forward to this day trip and had high expectations and I was not disappointed and it's mostly due to the guide, Red oun. He was very informative and stopped in perfect locations for photo ops and history lessons. The trails, day in the life experiences, waterfalls, views were exactly what I wanted and then the camel ride was the icing on the cake. It was perfect. The agafay desert was silent. I didn't want it to end.

We booked the “Atlas Mountains and 3 Valleys & Waterfalls & Desert Agafay - Day Trip Marrakech” on viator but couldn’t find the review page so thought we’d leave one on here! This was such a great day trip from Marrakech! After spending 3 days in the city it was wonderful to get out and explore the other landscapes of Morocco and escape the heat as well. Our tour guide Idriss was amazing! He was Very easy to make conversation with, funny and attentive the whole time. It was also great that he had personal experience living in the villages so we got to hear about how real life is. We went on a camel ride, visited an argon oil cooperative, saw multiple villages in the Atlas Mountains and had a local lunch. Everyone we came across was incredibly friendly. I would recommend this trip and Idriss to everyone!

Certainly one of the best and most beautiful walks we have ever made. Very good indeed, many sights to be seen, the mountains are perfect especially in January and February where there is still snow. I wanted to thank Imrane for all the attention he paid to guide us on this tour. Brazillll's hugs
