Start your journey with hotel pickup from Cairo or Giza (between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM). Sit back in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle for a 100-minute drive to Fayoum, stopping for photos at Qarun Lake—believed to be the oldest natural lake in the world.
Hop into a 4x4 vehicle for an exciting dune bashing adventure in the desert. Try your hand at sandboarding on soft, yellow dunes. Next, visit the Wadi El Rayan Waterfalls, take in breathtaking desert landscapes, and enjoy an optional camel or horseback ride along the lakeside. Keep your eyes open for native wildlife like slender-horned gazelles, and don’t miss a photo stop at the scenic Mudawara Mountains.

Guide was amazing but tour was not what was advertised. Tickets were supposed to be included and were NOT included and you couldn’t pay cash only credit card. This tour said we were supposed to visit a village and that did not happen. Around 100* outside, the car air conditioner was not used and when it was, ran very poorly to the point that I was drenched. Company did reimburse me for the ticket costs by the end of the day thanks to my guide not giving up. Lunch does NOT include a choice of drink. If you choose to go with this company, make sure you know what is included and have a copy to prove what you have paid for. Do not let the guide leave you alone with the driver, unfortunately, hitting on solo travelers and making them uncomfortable is something this company finds acceptable.

The tour was very interesting and well-organized. The places we visited were wonderful, and traveling with an excellent driver through the desert (including the dunes) was exhilarating. But the real highlight of our tour was Dina, our guide. A young woman who loves her job and goes out of her way to ensure you have an unforgettable experience. She was always smiling and ready to lend a hand. It was truly an excellent tour, highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience on the Fayoum tour! Everything was perfectly organized, and the places we visited were absolutely beautiful. The tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip even more enjoyable with all the interesting information and positive energy. Also, a big thanks to the driver who was very kind, professional, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole trip. Mazin picked us up from Cairo and took us to Fayoum and Wadi El Rayan. I had an awesome time sand boarding and got tips on how to do it standing up although I didn’t stay that way very long. He showed us some great places to take photos and took us to a lovely restaurant at the end. Overall it was a great experience with my family.

We had a wonderful day in Fayum. We were pick by our driver just on time with clean and spacious car. Then we went to Fayum village for a lovely traditional breakfast. After this we went for desert safari with our second driver Mustafa. He gave us lots of adrenaline and fun. Then sand boarding which I recommend to everyone. I have to say the owner Ahmed is a really nice person. Try to help us with everything and make us enjoy as much as possible. Also I have to mention a delicious lunch served in Fayum village. Lots of lovely food you won't be hungry. Thank you again
