Dear Guest: We want to provide you with important information about your airport shuttle on the day of your departure. Our driver will pick you up at your hotel at the scheduled time. We ask that you be ready and have checked out at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time. Please note that the driver will be able to wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the agreed timetable, after which you must withdraw. Pick-up time has been carefully recommended, taking into account our experience with traffic and waiting times at the airport. If you wish to modify it, you may do so at your own risk. If you want to change the pick-up time, please inform us as soon as possible by email, indicating the new desired time. We will process your request as quickly as possible, but the change will not be valid until you receive written confirmation from us. To ensure that we can make adjustments, it is imperative that you inform us before 12:00 PM (noon) the day before your service. We recommend that you review the details of your confirmation voucher to verify that the information is correct, including dates, times, pickup location and other important information. If your flight suffers changes, delays or any other eventuality, please inform us by replying to this email. We also suggest you review our policies for more information. Thanks for trusting us. I will book with STP every time I visit Cancun from now on. Communication was efficient and timely, we were greeted with a cool towel and hand sanitizer when we arrived at the airport. The vehicles were clean and spacious. On our way home, the driver arrived 15 minutes early and communicated that he was out front. Would definitely book again
This is the only way to travel too and from the airport in Mexico. Both trips were met with extremely fancy SUV’s with drivers that were fun, very polite and considerate

Our driver, Eric, texted me the day of pick-up confirming the pick-up time. He arrived 10 minutes early. We were greeted with hand sanitizer and towels. There was water and beer available for the ride. Eric’s English is very good and he is an excellent driver. Highly recommend using this private car service.

Excellent! Eduardo was our driver to and from the airport to our hotel and was wonderful. They provided cold towels and beverages, which was very nice upon arrival.

Driver arrived early and was ready for us by the time we arrived in the lobby. Ride was comfortable and were given waters for the ride. Trip to the airport took about 20 minutes.

Eduardo was excellent, we had young kids and made sure to drive cautiously. The cold towel was a nice touch when you land and it’s hot and humid. Cold water and beers were also appreciated!
