Deliciously Dublin: The Artisan Donut Walking & History Tour
Description
Our tour begins near St. Stephen’s Green at The Rolling Donut, one of Dublin’s original doughnut shops. From there, we'll make our way down to past the Luke Kelly statue to George's Street, where we'll talk about the Vikings and Dublin Castle. At our second stop, we’ll try some traditional Irish churros. Believe me, churros might not be traditional to Dublin, but these churros are delicious nonetheless. After crossing the River Liffey and taking in the beautiful sites along the river, we’ll make our third stop at the Hot Donut. Walking back up O'Connoll street, we'll look at the history of the 1916 Rising. Lastly, but certainly not least, we'll be stopping at OffBeat Donuts on Westmoreland street. We had a fantastic time on the Underground Donut Tour in Dublin! Erin was an excellent guide who was funny, engaging, and full of interesting stories about Dublin’s history. The donuts were all delicious and gave us a chance to try several great local spots. I highly recommend this tour if you are looking for a fun way to explore the city.

This was so much fun and worth the money, the guide, Jody, was super fun and informative. He talked a lot about irish history and (i hope) really enjoyed hearing about iceland and its history from us :) would definitely recommend

Jody was an incredible tour guide. He was super knowledgable, friendly, and kind. We loved learning about Dublin (originally Dublin with the long u sound). My teenage daughters 15 and 19 enjoyed all the history learned in between the donuts delicacies. Seriously the best donuts, with an even better tour guide!
