Together, you’ll set off to explore three of Delhi’s most significant landmarks connected to Mahatma Gandhi’s life and legacy. Your first stop will be Gandhi Smriti, the house where Mahatma Gandhi spent the last 144 days of his life. Here, you’ll walk through preserved rooms, see personal artifacts, and experience exhibits that vividly narrate his final journey. Expect a thoughtful and immersive introduction to Gandhi’s daily life and philosophy.
Next, you’ll visit Raj Ghat, the serene memorial marking the site of Gandhi’s cremation. You’ll spend quiet moments reflecting at the black marble platform, surrounded by peaceful gardens and the eternal flame—a place of contemplation and respect.
Your final stop will be the National Gandhi Museum, which houses an extensive collection of books, journals, and artifacts related to Gandhi’s life and teachings. Booked this trip last minute after reading all the good reviews and it didn’t disappoint! Ended up being a private tour- as a single girl travelling and foreign country Aman and Dimpl were such gentlemen - going above and beyond to make sure I was seeing India in all its glory.

Great trip with guide Shivam and driver Dimple who provided great information about Gandhi’s life and last days and expertly dealt with Delhi traffic so I don’t have to worry about it. Especially loved the letters of Gandhi - really made him come alive! Would do again, especially with my young adult child.
This was a great, few hour tour where I was able to see sites outside of the general Delhi tours. I was on the fence about it prior to arriving, but as it turns out, I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.
