My dad and brother-in-law did this tour as a day trip from Paris in July 2025—took the train early in the morning and returned that night. They’re a tough audience to impress, but both came back absolutely blown away by the experience. The guide’s depth of knowledge, storytelling, and ability to know so much nuanced history made the entire day quite unforgettable and worth the quick trip to and from Paris in a day.
