Guests are required to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Due to local parking regulations and tour schedules, the vehicle can wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive within this period will be considered a no-show, and the tour will proceed without refund or compensation.

Due to strict Austrian transport regulations and high fines, the bus can only wait a maximum of 5 minutes. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip for everyone, please pay close attention to your tour-leader when they announce the meeting and departure times, and try to arrive at the bus point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
