Our Berber family will help the gourmand and the gourmet, even beginners, to discover the secrets of a subtle and succulent cuisine during a half-day cooking lesson for up to 6 people, allowing them to learn how to prepare starters, main courses and deserts depending on the occasion. This fun experience will last until the participants get to sit down at the table to taste the dishes they prepared during the cooking class

Very snowy, come ready. Mohamed. & wife Mina were amazing hosts, grow a garden, trees, and this is what we ate from. Real fast with his own sheep’s butter, almond paste from his trees, his honey and Argan oil. The tagine he taught was delish! Highly recommend for its authenticity. They’re not putting on a show - this is actually how they live and I feel honoured to have been invited into their home. Will return in summer for a trek and camp.
Our trip to Imlil was awesome. The camel ride and meal was nice. Sayd was an excellent guide and very informative. We actually signed up for a cooking class but made the best out of the confusion.
