Great tour

A great tour, well organised and David, our guide, was very good at explaining some of the history and culture of the area. We saw lots of Flamingos, Ibis, Egrets, Herons, as well as other birds in the Parc Ornithologique and had some time to ourselves during the tour. The salt beds were an amazing sight too. Highly recommended!

Very amazing tour to beautiful sites in the Carmague

The tour guide was very nice and polite. All the stops were very well chosen. We had very beautiful views of the Carmague. Also Aigues-Mortes was very astonishing and the salines were just amazing.

Visit of CAMARGUE to AVOID because the tour operator or TRIPAVISOR do not respect their commitment.

VISIT OF THE CAMARGUE DO NOT register because cancellation without warning Arrival at the meeting with 30 minutes in advance , I wait And 5 minutes avt l, scheduled time 9 a.m. I approach other people to know if they WERE ALSO waiting for the bus for 1 walk in CAMARGUE. ALL arrived at least 20 minutes early. 9 h 00 7 min all surprised not to see a Guide approaching, I call the N of such registered on my ticket. UNPLEASANT SURPRISE, the interlocutor announces that he did not receive emails indicating my Reservation made 4 days before. His turn is complete. But it gives 1 different version to other tourists. A CONFIRMATION email had reached us Weird: because we / ns did not know / booked via different platforms and 2 booked 21 days ago and the other 2 days ago Balance sheet: visit paid at the time of Reservation NOT MADE without being informed. We find ourselves 4 people disappointed and waiting for the refund of this Reservation NOT honored. TripAdvisor, Viator no longer inspire confidence.

Excellent for anyone wanting to get to know the beautiful area of the Camargue.

We had a wonderful day exploring the Camargue with David. The area is beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife including the flamingos, famous white horses, bulls , herons and a coypu! We loved the boardwalks that allow you to get really close to the birds in the wetlands. We also enjoyed Aigues Mortes and the lighthouse and tower which gave excellent views. David was a knowledgeable guide and the day was varied . Would recommend.

Operator response
