Pickup Information: After you complete your reservation, our team will contact you directly to confirm your pickup details. If you are staying at a villa, Airbnb, or private rental, please make sure to provide the exact address and building name in your booking notes. Pickup from hotels and resorts will be arranged at the main lobby unless otherwise specified. Cruise passengers will meet us outside the designated port gate, where our team will be waiting with a sign displaying your name and our logo.

Not only did they provide cross country transportation (punta Cana to puerto plata) they took us on a tour of the waterfalls and monkeys. Making recommendations along the way of the best way to schedule and make use of our time here in the Dominican. This excursion was part of a mother/daughter trip and we had high expectations for these particular experiences. The driver and our guide were excellent! Our guide and driver were prompt and very accommodating. Always offering refreshments and let us customize our experience to suite our needs.
