We really enjoyed the cu chi tunnels the most. The tour guide, My, was very informative and easy to understand. Regrettably there was a 1 hour delay while we waited for My to return to the restaurant, since she had gone to pick up other customers. This was not her fault though, it sounds like the company had made a mistake with the pick up times. Overall still a good experience, please don't blame My.
We are very sorry for not making the best of your experience. We will immediately make changes to provide a better experience. Thank you very much for your valuable sharing. David
