From District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, the center of the city, our car and guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby and begin the journey to explore the Cu Chi tunnels.
We kick off at 7:30 AM with a pickup from your hotel, heading towards Cu Chi Tunnels, situated 60 km from Ho Chi Minh City. Known as a heroic district for its pivotal role in the Vietnam War against America, Cu Chi boasts a legendary tunnel system spanning over 220 km, drawing visitors from both Vietnam and beyond. The Cu Chi Tunnels, a prominent feature of Ho Chi Minh City's underground network, served as strategic military bases in the Vietnam War, offering shelter and operational advantages against American forces. En route to Cu Chi, you'll witness the serene beauty of the local countryside, where scenes of ducks and buffaloes leisurely bathing in the river paint a tranquil picture. It's a stark contrast to the wartime era, where Cu Chi endured extensive devastation from landmines and bombs in its erstwhile status as a "free target zone."
From Cu Chi, the car will take you back to the city and back to the hotel, ending the tour to explore Cu Chi.
