I loved the whole experience. Any age is fine on the boat.
Everyone in our group really enjoyed themselves on the boat trip. The tour guide explained some of the marine life in the area making it very interesting. We seen a huge Eagle Ray when we were snorkeling. There has been very few sightings of this beauty. The Titanic music was a great touch when we were over the shipwreck. It was a fantastic experience.
Got cancelled just 2,5 hours upfront whereas I asked about likelihood a day before but no response. Also no response to my refund request, so paid for nothing!
Booked and found the location prior departure. Non English speaking person showed text message stating the event was canceled due to weather and request a refund. The weather was fairly nice compared to neighboring days so we booked another boat excursion only to see the glass boat on the water with a group of people.
Please be in mind that this operator will not refund the money if the weather changes and you are unable to make it on time. Very disrespectful operator and trying loot money from the customers..
For a first snorking experience it is to be done But seen very few fish and only one mantha ray Photos are overpriced count $20 for a photo and $60 for the package Pros: The guide is great and we are allowed to take our own pictures
The tour was well organized but wished they let us spent more than just 15 minutes with the actual snorkeling
We traveled with our family which consisted of age ranges from 67 all the way down to 4! Everyone had an amazing time and it was definitely a highlight of our vacation! Christofer and David were both friendly, knowledgeable and added some fun humor to our tour. We would absolutely book with them if we are back in Cozumel!
