Our driver Reny was great! All the stops were amazing! We had a great time and my kods can't wait to go back!
the perfect day!! We had an excellent day with our tour guide Daniel. The day surpassed expectations and was the perfect way to explore the island for our first time. We saw all the sights we hoped to and spent the afternoon on the most beautiful beach of all our ports. Save your money and book direct…they will make sure you get back to your ship on time. A+++ service and communication.
The cruise line only offered ecursions with sloths/ Monkeys - or- zipling. My family wanted to do both. Roatan Five Stars offered both in one excursion! And cheaper, with a private guide vs a big bus. I was anxious booking with an outside company, however Roatan Five Stars was helpful and informative from the start. Even when our cruise line arrived at port 5 hours later than expected, they had already accommodated and had our guide ready and waiting. Wilson, was a fantastic guide around the island. Giving us much knowlege and history of the island and its people. He made sure we had a great time, exploring and got us from place to place safely, comfortably, and efficiently. My family enjoyed the excursion very much, and we plan to book with them (and Wilson) again if/ when we return to the island.
Reny our guide was great! Really took care of us and enjoyed all of it. King Kong zipline, monkeys, chocolate factory and west bay beach, snorkeling! Great day and Reny made it very comfortable and enjoyable
Kelsie was fantastic. He made us feel like part of the family. Treated us great and added a personal touch.
Our guide, Reny, did a fantastic job. We were surprising our kids with the dolphin encounter & he played right along with us. He was waiting on us as soon as we disembarked, was very knowledgeable and informative, friendly and personable, and we really enjoyed our afternoon with him. We loved sampling the chocolate and rum. We even brought some of both back home with us. There’s a local craft market next to the chocolate shop with some unique handmade items. If your itinerary allows for the time- stop in and check it out. Especially if your souvenir shopping! The dolphins were definitely the highlight of the day for all of us and our kids loved the sloths and monkeys.
We did the dolphin encounter, we went to the rum factory and the chocolate factory, we seen the monkeys and sloths, we had a nice tour around a portion of the island, and best of all, we had an amazing man named Neal Richards who drove us around and gave us so many facts about honduras and the locals and things to do and just tons of information. He not only drove us around very safely. He took pictures for us. He brought us to some places to go shopping and anything. We wanted to do.He was very willing to accommodate. He was one in a million, and I will definitely use them again and request Neal. The price was terrific, especially compared to the prices that you pay. If you book through the cruise ship, he made sure he got us back on time and was just a pure pleasure to spend the day with!
Lovely day with Neal in Roatan. The animal sanctuary was fun shame the Sloth decided to escape 😂. Rum factory was good cheapest rum cakes in the Caribbean.
Enjoyed the tour of the rum factory as well as the chocolate plant Stopped for lunch at Paradise beach Blake was friendly and courteous to us and shared much about Roatan since was born and raised here Thanks to him everything went as planned
We were a group of 9 people and booked this tour from the ship. My son was sick and I couldn't go with him, but after a few minutes of conversation they gave us a discount for this unforeseen circumstance. After the tour, they dropped us off at West Bay Beach, but we didn't like the restaurant they put us in for the day. It was the first one on the right and the chairs were dirty, and we paid $25 per person, including children who didn't even sit in chairs. They told us that the further we went to the left of the beach, the more expensive the restaurants would be. A lie! We walked around and asked, and it was the same price but with a fantastic setup, with pools and excellent food! The restaurant/hotel was paradise. It's hard to trust the guides.
