This activity is more of a tequila tasting and less of an ATV ride. We brought our family, including 3 kids, on this tour and were looking forward to an ATV ride and a visit to the cenote. The ATV ride was about 15 minutes, which were good despite the 3 machine breakdowns on the way. When we got to the Cenote, while pretty is not something anyone would want to get in the water. It is very swampy and smelly. Very different from other cenotes I have been to. Then we turned around and went back, so another 15 minute ride, which was very good. When we got back, we went to the tequila tasting which was long and drawn out. It was very interesting and he did a great job, but that was not our primary reason for taking this tour, and our kids were bored to death. We couldn't leave as they were our transportation. So in summary, this is a tequila tasting of high end tequila. If that is what you are looking for, this is excellent. If you are looking for a family ATV adventure, skip this one.
The dirt road was full of potholes filled with water. If you do this expect to get dirty. The cave was interesting, with Bats.
We are glad to know that you liked it! Every comment helps us to improve.
Our guide and the person doing the tequila tasting were very nice. The tour was reasonable for the amount of people in a my group but I didn’t appreciate the extra hidden fee that I was asked for when I arrived and then I was asked for another tip at the end of the tour. I understand the island right runs off tourism but I didn’t like the feeling that I was being taken advantage of
