Purchased 2 adult tours. The confirmation email said to download the tour right away. Unfortunately it never showed up on my bookings. I messaged the supplier with all the info but they never responded. It appears to be a scam.

No matter how many times I tried I could not download the audio portion , so I cancelled the tour which is to bad because I was looking forward to it

a total scam .nothing to do with New Covent Garden Market . They tried to sell me tickets for the day when it wasnt even open. scumbags beware

The information was very interesting and the presentation entertaining. But, the routing on the map was non-functional in the area - no internet and no way to follow the map from location to location. This wqas true even on my map apps sdeparate from the tour one. I had to guess at some locations but finally took the app home and sat and liistened to ther narration where I had wifi and then pl,otyted out where to find some of the sites I hadnt been able to locate initially.

The app kept crashing on us as we went around Covent Garden, we tried a few times to get it back, in the end we were able to but it charged us again, so we were charged twice. It wasn't the best app to follow either a bit disjointed

We loved the self guided tour and enjoyed discovering parts of Covent Garden we hadn’t been to before.

Absolutely appalling - couldn't even get the code for the tour to access the app. No instructions provided. No help from TripAdvisor despite spending 20 minutes on a call going round in circles with someone who didn't have a clue how to help me. Spoiled a surprise for my mum n dad's pre Christmas present trip to London

App was easy to follow, and was able to set our own pace. Made the mistake of eating before hand. You go past a number of great cafes and bakeries, so no eat before.
