The tour vehicle was in very tired condition. The tour itself was a little disappointing. As we started through the tour the guide announced we could upgrade our tour for a further $30.00. This would make us into VIP clients and get us into areas on the tour that wouldn’t normally be available. One of upgrades was the Shelby factory. As I had already booked and paid for a VIP tour to the Shelby factory later in the day I declined the offer. As I was the only one that declined the upgrade I was told to go and have my own tour at each stop and felt alienated and I don’t understand how you can offer a tour then upgrade it. This should be advised in the tour information prior to making the booking. Once I didn’t join the upgrade I was referred to by my ethnicity not my name

We had a great time, the discounts applied for our shopping and lunch were a plus. Our tour guide was exceptional very professional and very courteous to all the individuals on board. It was a very pleasurable tour and all the extra goodies included were superb!! Love the counting cars bus shuttle. It was a pleasure being a part of custom cars!!
