The trip was exactly what it was billed as. I enjoyed walking around Buford, having my first British tea in Burton-on-the-Water, and climbed the tower in Oxford.
A beautiful day to head out into the English countryside. All 3 places -Buford, Bouford on the water and Oxford were amazing. Tour guide Jenn provided just enough commentary sprinkled with humor to make an enjoyable day. Dan the coach driver was super safe. Would travel with them again.
It was a great experience. Especially the tour guide explained everything in detail and gave us good time to spend at each destination. The bus was neat and clean. Would strongly recommend everyone to visit Cotswolds and oxford it is a beautiful destination.
Lucy is an excellent guide and very caring and Tony is an excellent, careful driver .A well planned structured trip
Jennifer was our tour guide, and I can't imagine having a better experience. She was beyond insightful, patient, and friendly to all passengers on the tour. Her knowledge of all things in the Cotsworlds and Oxford more than exceeded our expectations. The tour itself offered us plenty of time for guided history, along with solo time to explore on our own terms. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting London!
The Cotswold experience was amazing. . Our tour guide Phoebe could spit out facts and information like none other. Her passion for history is obvious. She made certain everyone was comfortable and all our needs were met. Our driver Rowan, all I can say is wow How he managed that large catch in such tight spaces was unbelievable. Those two made a good pair and made our day top notch. On our return to London we had the opportunity to have a few miles of “back roads” , beautiful scenery. I would highly recommend this tour
Cotswolds are beautiful place to see. Oxford was too hot in the noon. Bus was good. Staff was good. Could give more time in villages.
Trish the guide was excellent, she also being an actor was articulate, funny and knowledgeable. She has a great sense of humor, deep knowledge of British history, laced with appropriate self deprecating jokes made it enjoyable
The trip was very well organised and gave us a great, concise overview of the Cotswolds and Oxford. Our guide was extremely kind and very engaging during the tour in Oxford. We were truly very pleased as a family. The only thing we would have liked was a little more time in Bourton-on-the-Water, as it is such a beautiful place and definitely worth enjoying for longer. It would also be helpful to receive the itinerary a little earlier, so that those who wish to visit certain attractions in Oxford can book their tickets in advance. We arrived in Oxford at around 2:00 p.m., so it would be useful for participants to know this beforehand. Overall, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this trip.
This was a lovely day trip to such beautiful locations. The transportation was very comfortable. Our tour guide, Giles, was knowledgeable and engaging. He certainly added to our enjoyment. Oxford was a highlight.
