The booking and payment were very well managed by FawSha Denmark. The tickets were sent to my WhatsApp plus emailed to my email account. The tour itself is fine, very easy to get off at a particuar point of interest and then rejoin later. the only issue was that on the very hot day we did the tour there were very limited seats available downstairs on the bus. This meant having to travel top deck either without shade or under a tarpaulin style cover which was stiffling.
