I am Sammie and I am a teacher in high school and I have been living and working in the Krong Ana District for many years that's why I´ll be able to show and explain to you all the particularities of the country living. I will give you access to different people and families and that's how you will be able to get different perspectives about life in the Vietnam countryside. Dak Lak is one of the most produce coffee bean not only in Vietnam but also in the world. I organize this experience with purpose help you deeper understand about the like of the farmer in here Most of our family is still living in the area, there we are running a few projects to improve family and community life, and this experience is an important part of that. We believe that responsible and authentic tourism helps visitors engage with a deeper Vietnam, and in turn, allows for locals to further advance of their work. Our goal is to help show off our community in an eco-friendly way to visitors from far and wide

No response to messages. Support tried to get ahold and cant. No messages saying they will be late or no tour and no one showed up
This is a scam. We paid the tour and the guy never contacted us,never picked up the phone, we called many times, we texted but to answer. He never showed up. This is unacceptable for TripAdvisor in general to have on recommendation such a fraud.
Hello guys,we booked this tour,we paid and unfortunately nobody showed off,nobody answered our phones and our messages.It was fulled disappointed and we spent too much time we the bank to have a refund.Do not try it.
I’ve paid for the tour but the tour operator never showed up and didn’t respond to my messages and calls. 8 hours after my first message he texted me: “sorry for this inconvenient. We do not work experience tour. “
Tour was amazing and has been exectly as described , very individular, small and untouristic. Would love to know how the two / three day tour is like, when my one day tour was this amazing already!
We had an amazing day with Brian and the lunch and farming really gained a lot of knowledge. It’s worth every cent and completely different with what I have ever seen
