Can highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time with the incredibly sweet and funny host. We learned to make chicken tagine and Moroccan salads while discussing everything from Vikings to contemporary amazigh life - great experience! And awesome food, naturally I wish we had more time in Marrakech to do more cooking with her!

Amazing cooking workshop

We had an amazing time, laughed a lot and had a lot of new insights about Moroccan culture and the dishes. We would recommend this totally and was a very big highlight of our time in Marocco! Apart from this all the food was also very delicious !

Very fun

We loved the experience. Everything was delicious, and it is a very dynamic activity where you learn to cook typical food. Bouchra is the best.

I recommend it 100%.

It was a super beautiful experience. I love learning to cook typical dishes from the places I visit, and the truth is that it was a total success. She was very warm, kind, and professional, and she made us feel at home from the very first moment. We cooked a delicious chicken tagine, a traditional Moroccan salad, oranges with cinnamon for dessert, and, of course, the typical Moroccan tea. In addition to learning a lot, we had a very pleasant time. I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to learn a little more about Moroccan culture through its cuisine. An experience of 10! 😊

Outstanding experience

Amazing experience! Not to be missed! The chef and her team are incredible. We learned so much and cooked a lot of different dishes and had so much fun. The food was incredible. 2 tourists came towards the end of the class attracted by the great smell of the food and were wondering if it was a restaurant. Best compliment ever! Delicious food and super generous quantities, very clean and nice venue, great chef and team, super fun class. Not to be missed!

Moroccan Home Cooking

We really enjoyed our time with Bouchra. We chopped and chatted and I feel like we got to experience a real taste of regular life in Marrakech. We passed up classes in restaurants or in big formal settings, choosing to get to spend time inside the home of a local cook. So this wasn't the most intense technical class. However, we got to spend our time talking about food and traditions and family and life in this part of the world that I'd never visited. We got to know our host as we helped her prepare our food. The chicken we prepared was very good, but I think my favorite thing I learned was the simple orange cinnamon dessert we made. I ended up seeing this in a couple of restaurants out in Morocco, but these were definitely the best we had. Highly recommend booking this class & spending your morning with Bouchra.

Thanks for having us

Bouchra was excellent at leading the workshop. The best food and mint tea we tasted during our stay. Bouchra was knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommended.
