Left half way through, don’t waste your money. Amateur circus with terrible vocals
This was absolutely amazing!!! High energy! Fabulous music! Artful choreography and super talented performers. We sang all night!!
Unbelievable. So interactive. Best show I have been to. High energy and entertaining and great value for money.
We were extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion and customer service shown by The Greatest Showman team. We had tickets booked for Saturday 14th March 2026 as a birthday treat for my 9-year-old child. While travelling to the venue, we were caught in a serious multi-vehicle accident on the A12. The car was written off and we suffered whiplash injuries. Naturally, attending the performance was impossible. Despite contacting the company immediately after the accident and explaining the circumstances & giving them a police incident number , our request to exchange or rebook the tickets was refused due to “short notice”. I completely understand that companies have policies, but exceptional circumstances sometimes require basic human understanding and discretion. This was not a change of mind or poor planning — it was a genuine emergency involving children, injuries, and a written-off vehicle. What made this even more upsetting was that the event was meant to be a special birthday memory for my daughter , who had been excited for months. We had purchased 5 tickets ! Very disappointing experience and not the level of customer care I would have expected.
Is was Amazing Show, something really different to other shows we have seen, staff were lovely & welcoming, can recommend it. Only draw back wasn’t very well sign posted, only one poster in Earls Court, had to ask people several times to find it. Even the Bus drivers didn’t know. So come on make it easier to find.
WOW. Literally The Greatest Show. I had seen clips on social media saying how good this was and was lucky enough to be give tickets as part if my special "big" birthday! None of us were sure what to expect.... 2 adults 2 teens. All loved it. What a great experience from the minute you walk in the doors. A fantastic show, highly skilled acrobats and performers and fabulous singers. A real treat for the senses. We sat in purple section back row and had a great view if everything.
