WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. 1)it is not a tour bus, it was a tiny shuttle bus. Only 12 seats have windows, yet they sell 16 seats. So we were stuck in the far back, above the tires, with no window and NO VIEW of anything except the ceiling and the road during this 10 hour tour. so no sightseeing as you spent like 6 hours driving!! We couldn't hear the guide AT ALL because he didn't use a microphone, even after telling him twice we couldn't hear him. The "guided" portion of the Tulum Ruins was nothing more than what was already printed on the signs at the park. The itinerary itself was fine, but the experience for us sucked.
For any readers The tour information states that a minivan or bus may be used for this tour If the transportation has 16 seats then 16 spots can be filled, windows have nothing to do with the tour You did not spent 10 hours in the transportation, there are 7 hours of locations and activities and the rest is spent on the transportation The guide had a microphone and gave information and instructions during the transportation and ruins time, your claims are false You separated from the group multiples times and made rude comments towards the guide that made the rest of the travelers unconfortable
It's a very long day & lots of walking. Tulum was OK but Coba was much better imo. Great view up the ruins but very very steep. Cenote was amazing, worth the money by itself. Tour staff were brilliant & had all the information you could need. Lalo & the staff were great.
Thank you for sharing this adventure with you! Coba is not as famous as Tulum but there is beauty in it's untouched human ambiance We hope to see you again soon! Mexico has much more to offer
Super attentive guests and very, very friendly. Despite including plenty of time on the bus, the day turned out special with the visit to the ruins of Tulum and the baths in the conots Mariposa and Chen Há!
Muito obrigado por compartilhar esta aventura conosco Estamos felizes que você tenha gostado dos lugares, cenotes e ruínas são uma combinação perfeita
Overall a great day trip with various activities. Be prepared...it is a really long day. Some of it spent waiting of those who didn't care to listen to the time we should be back at the shuttle bus. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. My favorite part was the Tulum Ruins. Coba would have been better if they allowed people to climb the pyramid, but I understand it was because of covid precautions. Grabbing a drink and snack on 5th Avenue at Playa Del Carmen was a good way to end the day.
Ms. Sandra_G We appreciate your time for sharing your experience with us about the tour, we are pleased to know that you enjoyed our tour. Due to covid 19, some activities at archaeological sites are temporarily suspended, we appreciate your understanding. We hope to see you again soon to help you have a great vacation. Kind regards!!
