- First departure from Stop 1 at 10am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 4pm. Tour duration: 90 minutes. Frequency: every 30 minutes. Timings are dependent on cruise arrival
- Buses run in all weather, so dress accordingly
- You will need to exchange your ticket for your hop-on hop-off ticket with the City Sightseeing staff or bus driver before or upon boarding the bus. Keep the ticket with you at all times
- Please make sure you only board our official branded City Sightseeing buses
- Audio Guide: The audio guide is available via in-seat modules or directly on your own device in several different languages. Please bring your own headset for the best experience. Turn on the location services from your provider, scan the QR code on the seat/ brochure and press play to start. If needed, headsets with jack sticks and adapters for iPhone and Android are available to borrow - please return them for recycling
- Accessibility: We aim to make our tour accessible to all. For guests requiring assistance, we offer storage for collapsible wheelchairs. Subject to space and availability. Please note that a ramp or single step may be needed to board the bus, and several steps are required to access the upper deck. We also accommodate strollers, with designated storage space, ensuring families with young children can navigate the city with ease

For guests arriving via cruise ship, please note that City Sightseeing Oslo serves cruise guests arriving at the city's different ports; for Filipstad and Oslo Cruise Terminal our iconic red buses await our guests on the pier right at docking. For Revierkaia/ Langkaia passengers meet our staff on the pier and the buses stop around the corner next to the SALT Sauna and Culture Scene

Whilst giving a quick overview of the city if Oslo with some historical facts, the bys stops were not at all well signposted.
We like to use these HO-HO tours to get the lie of the land in a new town, so we can decide where we might want to return to. This was as good as any. My only small complaint would be the headphones. I couldn’t work out if there was just a poor connection or gaps on the commentary, but that didn’t detract from the enjoyment.

Couldn’t find the bus stop. Walked walked and walked. No direction. Bus stop should be tracked the google map. Refund my amount.
The Bus driver did not wait for passenger to be seated. He took off aggressively when we were on the stairs to the upper deck. It was a frightening experience. The sound track in our seat was only partially working, so we shared our headphones. It was often out of sync and sometimes ended abruptly. I would not recommend this company if you have other options. I will report the drive to the company with details of our experience.

Stops are very near all must-see sights. We saw everything we planned to see, and it was not crowded on the day we toured. Although we chose to sit in the enclosed bottom level, there was open-air seating on the top level.

It was nice with the 48 hour pass. It allowed us to go back to each interesting site and get off. However, on stop 4 we waited almost an hour because one bus came early and we missed it and the other one was a little later. That was irritating because we left the exhibits early to meet the bus.

Decided to do Hop On Hop Off via cruise ship. We stood in line in the rain for 1.5 hrs before they could board us on an available bus. Once on the bus the plug in audio did not work for bus # 24, downstairs for several rows. I complained about it, they knew the issue and told me to use another bus or use my cell phone to listen. Her we are 2:45 on a new bus, have not seen a thing in Oslo yet. And the Hop On Hop Off winds down at 4:00 pm. I would not recommend. Go with the yellow competition. They run cheaper and empty bases. Shame on you Princess Cruises for recommending them.

Scandalously expensive as an "operator buy". Tour commentary sound system was not operating. We've had great experiences with these in previous tourist cities. This is the worst by a considerable margin. Find another way.

Headsets were not working half the time Bus stops were great and on time Stops they did was very good
