- Tour operates All year round (except on Christmas Day), and runs daily.
- First departure from Stop 1 at 9:15am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 5pm. Duration - 2 hours. Frequency - every 20 - 25 minutes, however this is subject to change depending on the time of day and year; please check locally for the latest timetable.
- Tour begins at the Irish Whiskey Museum, however passengers can hop on to the tour at any bus stop along the route.
- You must bring a mobile or printed voucher for this tour.
- Mobile vouchers can be redeemed at any of stops along the route. Paper vouchers must be redeemed at one of the following tourist offices: 37 College Green, Dublin 2. 69 Upper O'Connell Street, Dublin 1.
- Buses provide a multilingual audio tour commentary.
- With your voucher, enjoy flexible access for up to 12 months from the travel date you select at check-out.
- 1 child (aged 3-12) can travel for free with every 2 paying adults. No ticket required for the child
- Walking Tour: Departs every day at 10am, 11am and 2pm. Starting point is The Spire, O'Connell Street. Duration of the tour: 3 hour approximately. Customers will need to show their ticket to the guide. Once you receive your travel ticket on site, you can use the QR code on it to reserve your spot on the walking tour for free, saving 3€ on the booking fee as a City Sightseeing customer

- Complimentary drink at Thunder Road Cafe - Temple Bar: With a valid City Sightseeing Dublin ticket, enjoy 1 complimentary drink at Thunder Road Cafe, redeemable in a single visit on presentation of your ticket
- Meal deals are available at J. R Mahon's Public House & Brewery (Stop 19), Kennedy's Pub & Restaurant, and Murray's Bar and Grill (Stop 18). Additional meal deal available at O'Shea's Merchant if you purchase the 72-hour ticket. You must present your ticket at the time of purchase
- 48 and 72-hour tickets only: entry to either Irish Whiskey Museum or World of Illusion Museum is included in your ticket. Pre-booking is essential. Walk-ins are not accepted. A link to book your place will be provided after purchase

The whole bus sight seeing tour was amazing and so informative. We heard stories we didn't even know of and we are irish. The children were aged 9 and never complained once, loved the Headphones and seeing everything up high.

The tour is fine but…unlike others, you don’t get a reusable scan ticket so have to shops your on line ticket each time…makes it a slow/cumbersome process. The music on the bus was (a) too lour (b) irrelevant…seemed like someone’s personal playlist. The running commentary was often out of sync with actual stops. Bus was clean and comfortable.

On a beautiful sunny day this was a great way to enjoy the fresh air and see the city! The recorded travelogue was available in many languages and was easily heard with or without headphones. All points of interest were explained clearly and with humorous side notes. Well done! Getting off and back on was easy and wait times were short. We did the whole circle first and checked off our interests , then did a second go around getting off at our choices. Also.. that way you can plan where to enjoy your 2 for 1 meal options

Waited more than 30 minutes at 2 different stops and never saw a bus. There are 2 other hop on hop off companies in Dublin. Use one of them!!!!

It was pride weekend and all bus routes were affected. No clue given when we booked the tour that some of the sites and routing will not be done.
