Description
You can hop-on and off as many times as you like aboard your Cambridge open-top double-decker City Sightseeing bus. There are many stops to choose from and the entire route takes approximately 1 hour (not including walking tour). The bus departs every 25-30 minutes from each stop. Tickets are valid for 24 hours from first use.

- Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays: First bus departs from Stop 1 at 10:10am. Last bus departs from Stop 1 at 6:10pm. Buses run every 40 minutes. Stops 12 - 18 won't be in service after 6:10pm. Stop 4 Trinity Street and Stop 5 Market Street will not be in service

- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from travel date selected at check-out. Mobile and printed paper vouchers are accepted on this tour
- Mobile vouchers are accepted at Stop 1, but paper vouchers must be used if you first hop on at any other stop
- Please note Stop 3 St. Andrew's Street is permanently disabled. Stop 2 is a short distance away

Very useful tour with snapshot views of the things to see. The background information was good giving one an insight into the history of the town

The tour was good missing that personal feeling though with just a prerecorded guide coming through speakers. Informative enough though and it does what it says on the tin so can't really complain

For an idea of what to revisit and get a detailed map in your head it's a great choice. The cost at £17 each was better than most cities and whilst a little of the tour took us out of the small city centre the other sites were interesting if you know the history of Cambridge. The tour took about 70 minutes as a circuit and obviously you can depart and re-join later multiple times.
This was a fabulous way to get our bearings and explore Cambridge. We found the bus stop easily, paid on the bus and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Geoffrey our driver was so welcoming as we alighted and his driving skills in the narrow twisting streets was incredible. The narrative/recorded guiding was accurate and informative. You can never get an in depth dive on a bus route but this gave us so much new information and lots to explore further. Thank you Geoffrey we loved this experience.

A good tour that will take you around Cambridge for £17. 3 buses run, so they'll be 1 every 25 mins or so from the designated stop. It stops at some interesting points, including the Fitzwilliam Museum, which is a must visit. Really fun to do on a hot day, as the Madingley road (to the US memorial) part of the tour is refreshing and will get the wind in your hair for that 15-minute stretch. It's probably the total opposite on a winters day. The commentary is recorded but played out loud. I'd say this part of the tour could be improved. Good value.
