JOYÀ, the first Cirque du Soleil resident show in Mexico, combines culinary and performing arts in an intimate theater setting to engage the audience's five senses. Drawing on Mexico's history and heritage, JOYÀ tells the story of an alchemist and his granddaughter embarking on a quest to uncover the secrets of life. If you selected seating with dinner, please note the dinner starts an hour before the show. Ticket Options: Show-Only, Includes a seat at a side table or a high stool seat. You can buy drinks or popcorn at out bar. Show, Premium Seats, Drinks, & Appetizers Experience. Includes 7 gourmet appetizers, half a bottle of champagne per person, and center seats. During the booking process, search and select the Hotel or meeting point of your preference. 2.The "Start time" in the confirmation is the schedule of the show NOT the pick up time. 3. To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation prior to the purchased visit date (12 hours) in order to not lose the transportation service.. Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors. **Important note** There may be some locations in Playa del Carmen where transportation cannot access directly. In such cases, we will inform you via email of the nearest meeting point to the selected hotel.

- Champagne included in food and beverage experiences can be exchanged for red wine, white wine, juice, water or soft drink, directly in the theater with your waiter.

The show itself was amazing ! I love Cirque du Soliel ! The experience/ venue was great . There was live music afterwards . I personally Wouldn’t purchase this experience again on Viator unless I needed transportation bc Viator prices are significantly higher than prices at the venue. Also communication with Viator is always a headache ! Lastly, I would skip the appetizers , as they are not appetizers as described it’s more like hors d'oeuvres and I didn’t like any of them .
Beautiful show I recommend it, different type of Cirque du Soleil you cannot miss out If you can’t afford the elegant dinner go for the show only

Redeeming the voucher at the box office went off without a hitch. There is a slight risk you get assigned bad seats since Viator doesn't let you choose them versus booking them direct, but we were given great seats. The dinner service was great and very attentive. Dinner itself was also great, everything was good except I wish the desserts were a little better. The presentation of all the food was unique and camera worthy. The show itself was fun and the performers were very talented. I believe it lasted for around 1 hr 15 min. Highly recommend.
Excellent show. Lively, exciting and jaw dropping. The athletes that are in the show are amazing and the story is interesting.
The journey to the resort is long from Cancun, and I had no means of transportation; however, even though I arrived shortly after the show started, I loved the atmosphere! Artists, acrobats, and singers/musicians delighted us! I really enjoyed the experience except when the show ended, I had a lot of trouble finding a taxi back to Cancun.

We arrived running!! Our dinner was at 5, Consuelo was very lovely! She welcomed us with a lot of joy and warmth. The experience was SPECTACULAR! Great show, very good food and drinks. The only detail was that my husband went to the bathroom, and as he was coming out, someone pushed him with a hand on his chest. We did not understand what was happening, so we asked the waiter, who informed us that security provides escorts for the artists, which we did not know, and it was not intentional for my husband to come out at that moment. However, that was not a reason for that person to push him. At the end of the show, we asked the waiter to connect us with the supervisor of the guy to inform him of what happened, and when my husband saw him from a distance, he said that he was the one who pushed him. It saddens me because it is the department that provides security and should not assault those of us who only came for a lovely evening.

Arrive about 2 hours before the show to enjoy some good cocktails and the beautiful, relaxed atmosphere of the place before watching the performance. The attention from all the staff is top-notch, and the place and the show are impressive; it is worth seeing during your visit to Cancun.

If I had to describe the experience in one word, it would be "PERFECT" because everything felt that way, from the musicians who entertained the dinner to the attention from Baltazar and Mauricio, who were our waiters, as well as the show in general. I am really happy to have celebrated my birthday here.
