Meet at the Churchill Statue in Parliament Square - Begin your tour with an introduction to our protagonist. (10 minutes)
Admire the Houses of Parliament the beautiful gothic St Margaret’s Church (OUTSIDE VIEWS ONLY) where Churchill’s wedding took place from one of the most politically important locations in the United Kingdom.
As you stand before the solemn monument to the fallen you will begin to explore Churchill’s role and experiences in the first world war.
Surrounded by statues of Churchill’s advisors and Generals we will deepen our knowledge and examine the interwar period and the rising of tensions leading to the second World War.
No visit to Whitehall would be complete without seeing the Horse Guards and taking a quick photo, Churchill himself was a Cavalryman after all.
(Self-Guided Visit – Allow 60 minutes) Explore Churchill’s secret underground headquarters at your own pace and discover the remarkable wartime bunker where history-changing decisions were made. Your experience will conclude after your self-guided visit at the Churchill War Rooms.

This is an absolutely fabulous tour of the Churchill War Rooms. Our guide, Guy, did a wonderful job of helping bring to life what it was like in these war rooms. His energy, knowledge and overall style are exceptional and if you are fortunate enough to have him on your tour, you will not be disappointed.
