The operator is nice. It is a very SMALL company. their competitors has more buses. There needs to be a sign as to where to wait. We had to walk back and forth between the buses to figure out which one is ours. It's relaxing. A little chilly in the non-covered parts of the bus. After a while, got a little boring but i did have a good nap. wish they allowed the name of the bus on the viator advertisement
The tour was fine but we spent most of the time stuck in traffic. Our narrator wasn't the best and the tour lasted less time than anticipated. All that said, it was good tour that took us to places that we would not otherwise have seen.
We've been waiting at the pick-up point but no bus showed up. Also asked other operators leaving from the other side of the road and nobody did know. So not sure what happened and if it is legit. Asking for a refund was also declined...
Sorry you did not make the tour. We had buses at our bus stop for this tour so you must have been in a different place (other operators tend not to be too helpful sometimes so best to call the operator you booked with in future). Please contact us to arrange a free return visit any day of the year
I loved this tour, seeing the Norwegian tree that was gifted to the people of England which only arrived 2 days before me was awesome seeing as I am half Norwegian myself. the tour guide was wonderful
We had been recommended this tour and we are so glad we did it. The tour guide was funny and very informative too. We saw so many lovely lights and it was great seeing them from the top of the bus rather than walking all that distance. A really great time!
Out tour guide did a good job pointing out light streets and unusual fact about buildings and the city.
We visited London with two teenagers to do the lights and shopping. Michael the tour guide was excellent with a mix of entertainment and knowledge about key sites and the London lights. He and the driver Mo ensured we maximised the tour time, altering the route slightly to avoid traffic jams. Would highly recommend.
Staff were really good at the beginning before boarding the bus. The commentator Ian was good, lots of humour. A good circuit to see the lights. Coupled with it being dry and not super cold made it a great event
Had an amazing time with Sam last night, pity Whitehall was closed but we got amazing pictures. He had funny jokes and we had a great night
I wish I got the names of the staff as I would have liked to have named them on how brilliant they were!! Myself and my family had an amazing time on the christmas lights bus tour. The guide was very funny and very knowledgeable! He kept our attention the entire journey. Even through London traffic. I am a Londoner and this was my first tour which I’ll definitely be taking my family on again next year! The team at the meeting point were extremely helpful and chatty. We got to see all the main christmas lights, Regents street, Oxford Street and so on. Highly recommend! All I would say is wrap up warm as it can get quite cold at the top but seeing the beautiful sights make up for it!
