They will visit Chichen Itza, one of the 7 new wonders of the world and one of the most important archaeological sites in Mexico. Accompanied by a bilingual cultural guide, they will tour its main structures, such as the Temple of Kukulkán, the Ball Game and other ceremonial spaces that showcase the astronomical, architectural and cultural legacy of the Mayan civilization.
You will enjoy a gastronomic experience in Kaua, where you will get to know part of the regional Mayan cuisine through a demonstration with local ingredients and traditional flavors of Yucatan. Afterwards, you will have time to enjoy a buffet meal in the restaurant.
They will be refreshed at Cenote Nool Ha, an ideal natural space for swimming and relaxing after the archaeological visit. During this stop you can enjoy the cenote, the use of life jacket and the zip line included within the experience.
They will make a panoramic visit to Valladolid, one of the most representative magical towns in Yucatan. During this short stop you will appreciate its colonial atmosphere, historic architecture and the traditional charm of its streets.

The experience in itself was amazing I loved seeing all the different sights ranging from Chichen Itzá to a local Mayan town and a cenote. Mauricio and Carlos made this even better by being so informative and friendly. I learnt so much information about a new culture! I would definitely recommend this tour to someone who wants to learn more about Mayan culture and try authentic cuisine. I had such an amazing time!

Participants were given limited time at Chichen Itzá and only 30 minutes in Valladolid, which allowed for little more than a brief walk and a quick snack before departure.Rushed Cenote Visit: The designated one-hour window for the Cenote swim included parking, changing, and descending the 93 steps, leaving minimal time to actually enjoy the swim.Aggressive Upselling: Tour guides actively discouraged purchasing from local vendors at Chichen Itzá, steering guests instead toward a partnered retail store near the restaurant. This stop was not rushed, and the merchandise was priced restrictively in USD at a significant markup.Service Discrepancy: Despite booking and paying for the "Plus" package, the service delivered matched only the standard tier. It is highly recommended that future travelers cross-reference their booking confirmation directly with the guides upon arrival.Staff and Value: While the guides were knowledgeable, their delivery was standard. Given the rushed timeline and the tier discrepancy, there are more competitive and higher-value tour operators available in the market.

We spent a whole day with Raul from morning to evening, tour of Chichen Itza, lunch at a Mayan cooperative hacienda, a small Mayan celebration with the shaman, cooling off in a cenote, a break with free time in Valladolid, everything was perfect. Raul's entertainment and storytelling were all top-notch. Trust him with everything without hesitation. Enjoy your visit

This tour was genuinely one of the best tours I’ve done, especially thanks to Ricardo, the BEST tour guide I’ve ever had. He had TONS of knowledge and genuine care for his tour group to have as great a time as possible. I had asked for bandaids which he didn’t have at the moment, but he remembered and bought them for me when he got a chance. We were also given water bottles and umbrella for the hot weather. The whole tour route was very packed and valuable; if you’re looking for one tour to do in Cancun, I’d 100% recommend this one.

Today we did the tour with the guide Raul. We are a couple on our honeymoon with a child, we did the entire tour with Raul's assistance for every need, he explained everything excellently in great Italian (almost like a native speaker) We felt at ease as if we were in Italy. I wish everyone to find a guide like him because he truly is the best!!!

We had a great experience with Ricardo (spoke English and Spanish) and Raul (Spanish only). Ricardo was very knowledgeable and has almost had 34+ years of experience with the Mayan History. This was a very fun trip being surrounded with the culture and trying various foods! Tips: bring cash as you will be headed to the downtown historical area where you can purchase refreshments and beverages and tipping the company! Highly recommend for all ages!!
